Each escape room is designed for groups of 2 to 6 players.

The escape room itself lasts up to 60 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked start time and allow additional time for your briefing and photographs afterwards.

Advance booking is recommended, especially for evenings and weekends. Walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed.

Please arrive around 15 minutes before your booked start time so we can complete your briefing and prepare your group.

Late arrival may reduce your playing time because sessions are scheduled around other bookings. In some circumstances we may be unable to run the full experience.

Yes. Players must complete the required waiver before taking part. Where required for younger guests, parent or guardian consent must also be completed.

Yes. Paralysis specialises in immersive horror escape rooms with dark environments, live actors, sound effects and intense themes.

No. Our actors do not touch players

Yes. You are never locked in and can leave the experience at any time if you need to. Our staff will explain how to leave safely during your briefing.

The rooms may require movement, searching and standing, but they are not designed as physical assault courses.

No. First-time players are welcome and hints are available during the game.

Our game rooms are monitored by staff for safety and game operation. CCTV may also operate in communal areas of the venue.

The minimum age to take part is 13. Guests under 18 must attend with a responsible adult aged 18 or over.

Accessibility varies between experiences and areas of the venue. Some areas may include stairs, steps, low ceilings or confined spaces. Please contact us before booking so we can advise you properly.

Pregnant guests should consider the dark spaces, loud noises, jump scares and stress involved. We recommend contacting us before booking.

Our experiences may include flashing or sudden lighting effects, darkness, loud noises and sudden scares. Please contact us before booking if anyone has a medical condition that could be affected.

Payment is taken by card when booking online. For certain group or private hire bookings, alternative arrangements such as an invoice or deposit may be agreed with us in advance.

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and management discretion. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your booking.

Bookings for our escape room experiences are generally non-refundable. Where we agree to a cancellation or rebooking, we may issue a voucher to the value of the booking in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Yes. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against eligible escape room bookings using the voucher code provided.

Yes. We offer options for birthdays, private events, corporate groups, stag parties and hen parties.
